- Candidate must be graduate of legal management or any 4 year(s) course
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in preparing/drafting contracts
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent both oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible in preparation of contract to sell, deed of absolute sale, Master Deed and welcome letter
- Monitoring of all deficiency documents
- Prepare and update reports related to buyer’s dockets
