  • Candidate must be graduate of legal management or any 4 year(s) course
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in preparing/drafting contracts
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent both oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in preparation of contract to sell, deed of absolute sale, Master Deed and welcome letter
  • Monitoring of all deficiency documents
  • Prepare and update reports related to buyer’s dockets
