PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANT (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)

Responsibilities:

Ensures that the mechanical, electrical and other aspects of buildings performs effectively and efficiently
Operates, maintains and repairs all equipment at the building
Monitors implementation of technical building systems and processes
Oversees and supervises the building systems operations and specifies the required maintenance and operating system
Updates equipment record file; including proper documentation and record & filling of equipment manuals, maintenance checklist and other pertinent data.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)

Qualifications:

Licensed Mechanical Engineer
2-4 years experience in Real Estate or property management specializing in construction/high rise building
Preferably with experience as a pollution control officer
Excellent leadership qualities, highly motivated, aggressive and resourceful.
Computer literate; Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa Area

BROKER NETWORK MANAGER (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)

Job Description:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent
Candidate must have PRC license
With at least 10 years work experience in broker management, 5 years working experience in real estate industry in a Managerial position
With excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Preferably residing in South Area

CREDIT AND COLLECTION ASSISTANT (Main Office-Makati)

A person who is qualified for this position must be a: 

Graduate of B.S Accountancy, Economics, Finance or any equivalent
With 1-3 years minimum experience in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
Well-adept in the use of any Accounting software, knowledgeable in the proper accounting of all Accounts Receivables-related transactions
Proficient in MS Office applications
possesses good communication skills, both in oral and written form and excellent in customer service
With high sense of responsibility, integrity and dedication towards work

DOCUMENTATION SECRETARY (Main Office-Makati)

Candidate must be graduate of legal management or any 4 year(s) course
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in preparing/drafting contracts 
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Proficient in MS office
Excellent both oral and written communication skills
