PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANT (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the mechanical, electrical and other aspects of buildings performs effectively and efficiently
  • Operates, maintains and repairs all equipment at the building
  • Monitors implementation of technical building systems and processes
  • Oversees and supervises the building systems operations and specifies the required maintenance and operating system
  • Updates equipment record file; including proper documentation and record & filling of equipment manuals, maintenance checklist and other pertinent data.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
  • Proficient in using computer applications
  • Excellent both oral and written communication skills
  • Work experience in Real Estate/Property management is required
  • At least 2 years of working experience specialize in administrative support/clerical, customer service/customer relations skills and property management
  • Detail oriented, very knowledgeable in office management systems and excellent documentation skills
  • Willing to be assigned in MUNTINLUPA CITY
