BROKER NETWORK MANAGER (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)

Job Description:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent
• Candidate must have PRC license
• With at least 10 years work experience in broker management, 5 years working experience in real estate industry in a Managerial position
• With excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Preferably residing in South Area
• Solicits potential clients and assist clients in tripping schedules
• Mediates negotiations between brokers and buyers and ensures all terms of purchase contracts are met
• Assess the understanding and usage of brand tools, systems and resources, develop and execute strategies to increase usage and enhance brand value.
• Ensures timely submission of the reports:
  • Production sales Report
  • Documentation report
  • Broker’s recruitment report
