ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting/Auditing
• Preferred: 5 years of related experience
• Non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong planning and organizational skills, along with leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of accounting standards
• Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player
• Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Preferably has work experience in the Real Estate industry or in an
• Auditing/Accounting firm
• Willing to start ASAP
