Anuva’s Space Design Aims to Attract First-time Buyers
Date Posted: Apr 13, 2013

For many Filipinos, buying a house for the family is an emotional purchase because it provides shelter and security for their loved ones. More than anything, it is a major financial decision, one that needs a lot of information about the reputation of the developer.

SOC Land — a wholly owned subsidiary of the Puyat-Reyes conglomerate involved in industries such as construction materials, banking, and telecommunications, among others — is a developer that aims to provide the ideal condo home especially to first-time homebuyers setting their sights on city condominiums.

As a developer, SOC Land delivers good value for money with its debut project, Anuva. The 2.4-hectare residential development in the south of the Metro Manila, near Sucat Interchange in Muntinlupa, is designed with condominium features and community amenities that are above standards in the same market range.

Real estate practitioners say that the top three concerns of condominium seekers today are price, location, and quality of the product.

Because of Anuva’s strategic central location, residents will be in close proximity to many important areas of the metro such as Makati, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, and even Quezon City, without having to actually live in any of those areas where land values are soaring.

Its payment terms are flexible considering that the residential units are already due for turnover by December 2013, compared to other projects which are for the most part still under construction.

Deviating also from what people have come to expect of condominium units in accessible and progressive parts of Metro Manila, Anuva allocates generous spaces within the community. Around 80 percent or 1.9 hectares of the total property is devoted to open spaces that offer residents daily respite from the traffic and pollution outside.

Unit owners can fully enjoy the premises since it is a low-density development that has well-designed exterior and interior layouts. Anuva’s towers are oriented in a way that shields residents from the glare and heat of the sun. Indoors, every unit is installed with large windows that let in natural light, and provide a view of Makati skyline or Mt. Makiling.
