PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANT (Anuva Residences-Muntinlupa)
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the mechanical, electrical and other aspects of buildings performs effectively and efficiently
- Operates, maintains and repairs all equipment at the building
- Monitors implementation of technical building systems and processes
- Oversees and supervises the building systems operations and specifies the required maintenance and operating system
- Updates equipment record file; including proper documentation and record & filling of equipment manuals, maintenance checklist and other pertinent data.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
- Proficient in using computer applications
- Excellent both oral and written communication skills
- Work experience in Real Estate/Property management is required
- At least 2 years of working experience specialize in administrative support/clerical, customer service/customer relations skills and property management
- Detail oriented, very knowledgeable in office management systems and excellent documentation skills
- Willing to be assigned in MUNTINLUPA CITY
